We provide services in our lower hall for organizations such as engagement, wedding, birthday. I received an email that my reservation was canceled by the restaurant. What is the reason?

If your reservation has been canceled by the restaurant, you can send an email to our email address support@mekan-hamburg.de, or call us on our telephone number +49 40 64430199 to request information. We offer service at Lüneburger Tor 9-13 21073 Harburg Hamburg.

I want to make changes to my reservations. How can I do it?

If you want to make changes to your reservation, you can cancel your reservation and create a new reservation. Or you can send an email to our email address support@mekan-hamburg.de, you can reach us on our telephone number +49 40 64430199.

How can I be sure that my reservation has been confirmed?

We will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you used when creating the reservation. Or, you can check the status of your current reservation on the My Reservations page and see that it has been confirmed.

How to make a reservation?

You can easily make a reservation on our website. First go to 'Make Reservation' and register if you don't have an account yet. After you have an account, you can enter the reservation informations and request the reservation on the page. After we have accepted your reservation you will see that on 'My Reservations' your reservation has been accepted.

Why do I have to register to make a reservation?

To inform you about the updates of the reservation you made, to register it in our system and approve reservations, we need your registration.

How can I sign up?

After you click the login button on top right corner or in the menu, you will see the sign up link on the page. After you clicked the sign up link, please fill the sign up form. If you filled your informations right, you have to click on the activation link in the mail we sent you. After that, you can use your account.
